Step into the heart of Nashville for an afternoon filled with local spirits, fascinating stories, and plenty of Southern flair! This lively walking tour begins at the host hotel and winds through Nashville with two tastings at local distilleries, where you’ll sample Tennessee spirits and get a taste of the city’s distilling traditions. Along the way, a guide will share entertaining stories from Nashville’s colorful past and put the group’s knowledge to the test with a little Nashville trivia. The tour wraps up at a classic local honky-tonk, giving everyone a chance to kick back, enjoy the music, and continue the conversation.

Most importantly, this is about socializing and making connections—catching up with old tent industry friends, meeting new ones, and enjoying a uniquely Nashville afternoon together. After the tour, we’ll return to the host hotel, where hotel guests can keep the good times going with the hotel’s complimentary happy hour.

Find your tent friends before the welcome reception at the complimentary Embassy Suites Happy Hour, located on the 4th floor at Harmony restaurant (APPLICABLE FOR HOTEL GUESTS ONLY).

Kick off your Nashville experience in the heart of downtown at Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar, where we’ll have the place all to ourselves! Enjoy Martin’s BBQ buffet while talented pianists take requests, trade songs and jokes, and keep the crowd singing along. It’s the perfect way to bring the tent industry together—catch up with longtime friends, make new connections, and enjoy an evening of Nashville-style entertainment, food, and plenty of laughs.
