**PLEASE NOTE: When you arrive on the booking site, you will see both the Marine Fabricators Conference and Tent Conference listed. This is because the Marine Conference is the week before Tent Conference and we are sharing a room block with them (for better rates). That is why the booking window is from Jan. 5-13, to account for BOTH conferences. Tent Conference is from Jan. 11-13, but if you’d like to come in early to enjoy Nashville before the event starts you can utilize the earlier days!**

  • Rooms: A limited number of rooms are available at a low group rate through EOD on December 18, 2025. Book early as rooms are not guaranteed to be available.
  • Group Rate: $244 per night

The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport, which is approximately 15 – 20 minutes away from the Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown. Cabs, Ubers, Lyfts are readily available.
