Part of the Safe Tenting Professionals (STP) program, and offers comprehensive instruction on the correct methods, techniques, and data-driven science essentials for creating optimal tension in tents through proper anchoring. This course provides attendees with the knowledge and detailed examples needed to adequately and safely anchor various styles and types of tents for a range of applications. Course includes review materials, classroom and hands on instruction and a written test. Upon completion and passing the written test and the Foundation of Safe Tenting online course, attendee will receive a certificate that contributes towards full certification.

Course includes review materials, classroom and hands on instruction and a written test. Upon completion and passing the written test and the Foundation of Safe Tenting online course (and the Essentials of Tent Anchoring course), attendee will receive a certificate that contributes towards full certification.

TRD has partnered with ARA to offer comprehensive Forklift Operator Training. This program begins with the flexibility of online classroom instruction and testing through a user-friendly web-based platform, allowing participants to complete the course at their own pace. The online training portion typically takes about 4 hours and must be completed at least 48 hours before attending the in-person session. The final step to certification is an onsite practical hands-on evaluation. This Forklift Operator Training event will take place during the ATA Tent Expo in Orlando on Jan. 25, 2026. TRD will provide all necessary forklift equipment for the practical exam. Upon successful completion of the hands-on portion, Certified Forklift Operators will receive an official operator card, verifying their certification.

The final step in certification involves an on-site, practical hands-on examination. This MEWP in-person training event is scheduled at the ATA Tent Expo in Orlando on Jan. 27, 2026. TRD will provide the necessary equipment for the practical hands-on test. Upon successful completion of this hands-on training segment, Certified MEWP Operators will receive an operator card certifying their status.
